Some products cannot be sold on Dralys because of legal, safety, payment-network, intellectual-property, or marketplace restrictions.

Always-Prohibited or Highly Restricted Items
Examples may include products that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, deceptive, or restricted by payment or shipping rules.
- ✓Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or products that infringe intellectual property.
- ✓Illegal drugs, dangerous controlled substances, or unlawful drug paraphernalia.
- ✓Weapons, explosives, or other items prohibited by applicable law or marketplace policy.
- ✓Products marketed through fraudulent, deceptive, or unsafe health claims.

Age-Restricted & Regulated Products
Certain categories may require licenses, age verification, shipping restrictions, or may not be supported at all.
- ✓Do not list a regulated item unless Dralys explicitly supports the category and you meet all requirements.
- ✓Follow applicable labeling, safety, import/export, and shipping rules.
- ✓Maintain permits or documentation when required.

Intellectual Property
Sellers must have the right to sell and market the products they list.
- ✓Do not copy protected product images, logos, or descriptions without authorization.
- ✓Do not sell replicas or fake branded goods.
- ✓Respond promptly to legitimate intellectual-property complaints.
