Returns & Exchanges

1. Have your order number and the email used at checkout ready.
2. Take clear photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
3. Submit the return request form or contact Dralys Support.
4. Wait for approval and return instructions before mailing the item.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after your returned item is inspected.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

If the return is caused by a Dralys error, a wrong item, or a verified defect, Dralys will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Direct exchanges are not always available. When an exchange cannot be processed directly, return the original item and place a new order for the preferred product.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.

Non-returnable products may include final-sale items, personalized goods, gift cards, opened hygiene products, and products restricted by health or safety rules.

• Use the original packaging whenever possible.
• Include all accessories, manuals, and parts.
• Protect the product from damage during transit.
• Do not place shipping labels directly on retail packaging.
