Types of Violations
Violations may involve products, transactions, service, account behavior, or legal compliance.
- ✓Counterfeit, prohibited, unsafe, or misleading products.
- ✓Fraud, payment manipulation, fake orders, or review manipulation.
- ✓Repeated late shipping, invalid tracking, cancellations, or poor customer service.
- ✓Harassment, abusive conduct, intellectual-property violations, or attempts to bypass Dralys systems.

Possible Enforcement Actions
Actions are based on severity, history, risk, and available evidence.
- ✓Listing removal or listing-edit restrictions.
- ✓Warnings, performance plans, or temporary feature limitations.
- ✓Temporary account suspension or payout review/hold.
- ✓Permanent seller-account termination in serious or repeated cases.

Appeals & Reviews
When an appeal path is available, provide complete and truthful information.
- ✓Explain what happened and what corrective action you took.
- ✓Provide requested documents, invoices, tracking, licenses, or other evidence.
- ✓Do not create new accounts to avoid an active enforcement action.
