1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
• The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The wrong item was sent.
• The item was not received due to an issue on our end.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are not available for:
• Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Digital/downloadable products.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:
1. Contact Us at support@dralysstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide the order number, a brief explanation, and photos (if applicable) 3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item (if required).
3. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
• If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund may take up to 7-14 business days to appear on your statement.
• If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the refund is due to a Dralys error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will cover return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery.
