Dralys Vendor Agreement
This agreement explains the standards every seller must follow to protect customers, vendors, and the Dralys marketplace.
Seller Eligibility and Verification
Vendors must provide accurate identity, contact, business, tax, and payout information. Dralys may request additional documents before or after approval. A vendor account cannot be transferred or shared without written authorization.
Accurate Product Listings
Titles, descriptions, photos, prices, inventory, variations, and product conditions must be truthful. Vendors may not use misleading images, fake reviews, unauthorized trademarks, or claims that cannot be supported.
Orders, Shipping, and Fulfillment
Vendors must process orders within the stated handling time, use valid tracking when available, package products safely, and communicate delays promptly. Cancelling paid orders without a valid reason may affect seller status.
Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
Vendors must follow the published return policy and cooperate with Dralys on damaged, missing, incorrect, counterfeit, or significantly misrepresented items. Refund decisions must be handled fairly and without retaliation.
Payments, Fees, and Payouts
Payouts are released through approved payment methods and may be delayed during identity, fraud, chargeback, or order reviews. Vendors are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and legally required business records.
Customer Service and Professional Conduct
Vendors must respond respectfully, protect customer information, and avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, or attempts to move protected transactions outside Dralys. Contact details may only be used for legitimate order support.
Prohibited and Restricted Products
Illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, recalled, deceptive, or unauthorized products are prohibited. Certain regulated categories may require documentation or may not be accepted on Dralys. Vendors must comply with laws in the seller, buyer, and shipping destination jurisdictions.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
Vendors must use customer data only to fulfill orders and provide support. Selling, sharing, scraping, or retaining customer data beyond a legitimate business or legal need is prohibited.
Monitoring, Suspension, and Termination
Dralys may review listings, orders, complaints, verification results, chargebacks, and unusual account activity. Depending on risk and severity, Dralys may request information, remove listings, hold payouts, limit features, suspend, or terminate a seller account.
