                                                        1. Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong product:

1️⃣ Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@dralysstore.com .
2️⃣ Provide your order number and photos of the received items (if applicable).
3️⃣ Our team will review your case and respond within 3-5 business days.
4️⃣ If confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

2. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

✅ Check your surroundings – Look around your delivery area, mailbox, or with neighbors.
✅ Wait 24 hours – Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered before actual delivery.
✅ Contact the carrier – Use your tracking number to report the issue to the shipping provider.
✅ Report to Dralys – If the package is still missing after 48 hours, email us at support@dralysstore.com with:
• Order number
• Tracking number
• Confirmation that you have contacted the carrier

🔹 If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will resend your order or issue a refund.

🔹 If the carrier confirms delivery but you believe it was stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier or local authorities. Dralys is not responsible for stolen packages but will assist in resolving the issue where possible.

3. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

📷 Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
📩 Email us within 7 days at support@dralysstore.com with:
• Order number
• Photos of the damage
• A brief description of the issue

🔹 If verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Delayed Shipments

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed:

📨 Contact the carrier for updates.
