Another feature helps users transform documents such as statements of work into standardized purchase requests.<\/p>\n<p>The company said the release expands its Navi AI agents across the Source-to-Pay workflow to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help reduce manual data entry.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with cost modeling.<\/li>\n<li>Manage supplier interactions more efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>How Coupa is using agentic AI<\/h2>\n<p>Coupa also introduced supplier-facing automation. A new assistance agent can respond to routine supplier inquiries. It designed an AI search tool to help buyers identify potential vendors using natural-language queries.<\/p>\n<p>The company also enhanced its supplier workbench inside the Coupa supplier portal, giving procurement teams a consolidated view of supplier tasks.<\/p>\n<p>Salvatore Lombardo, Coupa\u2019s chief product and technology officer, said Coupa intends for the update to help procurement teams manage complex workflows.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProcurement workflows must be fundamentally redesigned to thrive amidst market volatility,\u201d he said in a statement. \u201cWe\u2019re moving beyond simple automation to tackle the complexity of sourcing and supplier management with a new class of autonomous AI agents.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The release also integrates technology from Coupa\u2019s recent acquisition of Cirtuo.
