Grand openings for both locations will take place on Dec. 13.\u00a0The stores range from 25,000 to 30,000 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Belk\u00a0will add additional locations next year, according to a company spokesperson.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We know our customers come to us for the brands and products they trust, and we&#8217;re always looking for new ways to match our shoppers&#8217; needs,&#8221; CEO Don Hendricks said in a statement. &#8220;At the Belk Market, customers will enjoy an easy-to-shop layout, fresh new merchandise and the value and quality they&#8217;ve come to expect from us.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Customers can shop items from across men\u2019s, women\u2019s and kids apparel, along with shoes, handbags, accessories, home decor and jewelry.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Belk also has outlet stores. The first one <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildive.com\/news\/belk-department-store-opens-first-outlet-greeneville-tennessee\/642118\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">launched in 2023<\/a> in Greeneville, Tennessee, and the department store <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildive.com\/news\/belk-opens-ten-outlet-off-price-stores\/650846\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">then accelerated the concept\u2019s footprint<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Other department stores have piloted smaller footprints.
