It has not named a successor. In 2024, Hicks earned total compensation of $5.35 million, including a base salary of $1.105 million, the company listed in its <a href=\"https:\/\/investor.kimberly-clark.com\/sec-filings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">latest proxy filing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Kimberly-Clark makes global household and personal care brands including Huggies, Kleenex, Scott, and Cottonelle.<\/p>\n<p>Hicks joined Kimberly-Clark in 2020. He has helped to drive the company\u2019s digital transformation, overseeing initiatives across data strategy, ecommerce and enterprise technology modernization.
